Pakistan formally induct Chinese Made J-10C into its Air Fleet: Let's Overview it!

On Friday, a landmark was made at Minhas Air Base Kamra - the Chinese Made J10-C multi-role combat aircraft formally inducted into the Pakistan Air Force. The induction of this aircraft further strengthens the defense capability of Pakistan and upgrades the weaponry in response to regional threats.

Many experts believe the acquisition of this aircraft has been made in response to the Rafale fighter jet. The buying of France-made Aircraft - India has generated a serious concern over regional stability & security. Well, the signing forced Pakistan to look for a counter!



Overview of J10-C

The J-10C is a single-engine medium-sized 4.5 Generation Aircraft integrated with a bigger electronically scanned array (AESA) radar and with main armaments fourth-generation missiles including air-to-air missile PL-10 and the beyond-visual-range PL-15.  

This Aircraft is more advance than the jointly made JF-17 Thunder by China & Pakistan, or even better than American F-16s. The aircraft is equipped with an advanced comprehensive avionics and weapon system, mid-to-low altitude combat maneuverability, short-range take-off landing, large combat radius, supersonic flight, capable of long-range and mid-air refueling.

Pakistan expected to receive 25 J-10C, however, the cost of these aircraft has yet not been disclosed to the public.
