The title sounds strange to you and let's be clear about the reason for writing this blog. As the 13th Corps Commander level talks collapse between India and China, shows no sign of accord. The response from the Chinese Military slams the Indian proposal over the disputed territory and says the demand is groundless.
Recent events along the LAC shows complete negligence from the Indian side starting from their analysis to action measures, their diplomats and defense analyst brutally failed to read China.
First, they misguided their people and articulated on media that everything is going right later it was completely exposed by China, just recently their state media released some footage of Indian soldiers just before the talk was held.
Secondly, their policies against China-driven from the US under the label of "Containment of China", rather they take it as their own matter and resolved it according to their interest they want assistance from the US. Being a member of QUAD should India think the bilateral ties get closer? surely no, a complete strategic failure because they've shared the border with China nor the US.
One more concern is whose primary target for India; would it be China or Pakistan, the fact is both are their neighbors and has a strong military presence so the intense relation against any of them disturbed the stability of the region. Keep intellectual laziness aside and be realistic and factual India can't even sustain against any of these two.
Despite taken some steps for the prosperity of their people they certainly believe in militancy. A country of over 1.2 Billion people and internally detestable which suffer a huge economic loss in the recent months due to disastrous covid situation now prepared for Cold Start Doctrine for the Western Adversary and heavy mobilization for Northern.
Before it gets out of head India should need to rethink, re-engage, and reimplemented its policies in the region. Having said that there are highly intellectual people in India who better understand the matter but the fascist regime never let them in.
LAC & LOC
There is a misconception regarding the term LAC and LOC - somehow both sound familiar but there is a difference in the existential form of these two. The Line of Actual Control doesn't exist in the real world means no boundary can limit the cross line. In contrast, the LOC shows the limitation means it can limit the line.
Hence the borderline is not specified; there should need a bilateral negotiation on disputed territory in an empathetic way not based on fallacies. Otherwise, the conflict may rise up to a full-scale war.
