Despite being so far from the border, relations between Pakistan and Israel have never been upright, there are many factors that are surrounding this bilateral relations issue. The Blog is all about those factors that why Pakistan is not recognized the Jewish state Israel or also trying to find out how Israel is supposed to be a serious threat for Pakistan?
Take a look at Religious context:
Muslims all over the world has emotionally attached with Makkah, Madinah and Jerusalem. These were the holiest place on earth for Muslims, there is no Muslim who has no respect and love for Masjid al-Haram in Makkah, Masjid al-Nabawi in Madinah and Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem- the first Qibla for Muslims.
Unfortunately, Jerusalem is under the illegal occupation of the Jewish state of Israel since 1948 which is a matter of concern for Muslims where Muslims cannot even worship. So what do you think will it be a justified occupation, truly no, as the matter of fact this act surely interpret the intention of Israel.
It is sad to say no such powerful countries stand against this unkind act, instead of that country like US, China, France, Germany and Russia have established strong diplomatic ties with Israel which reflect the serious dilemma.
Bilateral ties of India and Israel:
Israel and India are the closest friends as they share mutual interest on a global level, moreover, both states consider important allies of the United States too, so it is obvious that their enemy is also the same that is Pakistan.
Just reflect back to the 1980s were Israel and India had planned a secret attack to destroy Pakistan's nuclear facility at Kahuta on the outskirts of Islamabad, it was not officially declared by both countries, although some intelligence sources confirmed existing of such plans.
The attack was thought to destroy Pakistan's nuclear plant because Israel did not want to see an "Islamic bomb", the same thought of India. In response to this plan, Pakistan warned that it would target India's or Israel's nuclear facilities if Kahuta came under attack.
Pakistan's stance on the Israel-Palestine conflict:
Israel subjugates the rights of innocent Palestinians and has occupied their land-living, so Pakistan stands in solidarity with the Palestinians, for they believe that there is a need to support their Muslim brothers and sisters from the sick intruders.
The Father of the nation of Pakistan, Mr Muhammad Ali Jinnah had a clear stance on Palestinians, once addressed the people of Pakistan and told them what he desired. He desired independence of the Palestinians from the British, who were clearly unfair towards the Jews and were misleading the world by kicking the Palestinians out of their own home and handing the keys over to the Jews, just like how they were unfair towards the Hindus over the Muslims, in India.
Pakistan's position is very clear until the Palestinians get their rights back, Pakistan will not recognize Israel.
Recent Development:
The year 2020
has considered a victorious diplomatic year for Israel, as UAE recognized the
Israel along with Bahrain, several Arab countries stepping their relation towards normalization with Israel.
This initiative shaping as to defend the UAE from Iran, restoring to sectarianism.
In the late
2020 you guys went through such rumours that Pakistan will
recognized Israel- it has no link with the reality totally a false testimonial, no
such things going to happen and Pakistan’s narrative is clear on it.
Conclusion:
In order to conclude this topic let me quote the statement of the first Israeli Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion which had a critical opinion about the existence of Pakistan. According to him:
“The world Zionism/Zionist movement should not be neglectful
of the dangers of Pakistan to it. And Pakistan now should be its first target,
for this ideological state is a threat to our existence. And Pakistan, the whole of it, hates Jews and loves Arabs. This lover of Arabs is more dangerous
to us than the Arabs themselves. For that matter, it is most essential for the
world of Zionism that it should take immediate steps against Pakistan “...then
pointing to Indo-Israeli Alliance, he said: “Whereas the inhabitants of Indian
Peninsula are Hindus whose hearts have been full of hatred, against Muslims,
throughout history, like those of the Christians of Spain, that they had
demonstrated in 1492, by eliminating all of them, after they had ruled them for
over Eight Centuries; therefore, India is the most important country that
provides the best base for us, after Spain, to work therefrom, against
Pakistan. It is important for us that we exploit this base and strike and crush
Pakistanis, enemies of Jews and Zionism, by all disguised and secret plans”.
